How can I locate the directory where my Minecraft files are stored on a Windows computer?

I’ve been trying to find where all my Minecraft files are stored on my Windows computer, and it’s turning into quite the scavenger hunt! I know they must be somewhere on my system because I’ve been playing for ages, and I’ve downloaded a bunch of mods and texture packs.
